In a felicitation message, signed by the association chairman, Hon Tosin Olokun on behalf of the 21 local government caretaker chairmen in Kogi State extolled former Governor Bello as an Icon of Excellence and a Phenomenal Leader on his birthday
Olokun appluaded former Governor Bello giantstride achievements and sterling legacies in the State
He said former Governor Bello is not a tribal and religious bigot, a detribalised leader who believes in Equity, Fairness, Justice and Equal opportunity for all
He commended his legacies on Security, Education, Health, Agriculture, Human Capital and Infrastructural Developments across the twenty one local governments in the State
He described him as an Agent of Change, Architect of Modern Kogi, a frontline Apostle of Gender Equality, a Great Humanitarian and a Youth Icon
