I want to join millions of Kogites and well meaning Nigerians, on the success of the gubernatorial election in Kogi State, which ultimately produced the winner in APC! Success comes as a result of hardwork and there is no doubt, that the victory songs across the State by APC party faithfuls and other progressive minded Kogites, have indeed resounded the emergence of the governor-elect and his Deputy, Alhaji Usman Ododo and Mr Joel Salifu respectively, with great esctasy.

It is a victory well deserved. I also take this time to applaud INEC, the electoral umpire, for the job well done in the successful outing during this election and to also commend our security agencies, in ensuring a very peaceful election in Kogi State, which recorded minimum violence and disturbances as compared to past elections. There is no doubt that there are still little hitches in our electioneering processes, which hopefully we expect it to be better in future elections.
I pray for the Governor -Elect and his Deputy for God’s guidance and wisdom, to help them in steering the ship of Kogi State to better times ahead, as they hold on to the wheels of government of Kogi State in few months to come. I also congratulate our amiable governor, HE Alhaji Adoza Yahaya Bello, for seeing to the emergence of this well accepted victory of the APC in Kogi State.
