Lately, there has been different scuttlebutt and speculation concerning Ijumu state House of Assembly candidacy which one can say it’s just a political gimmick and mere propaganda that Hon. Omotayo Isaiya has been automatically (begged and endorsed) by the Executive Governor.
I must say that my efforts to point this out isn’t to be witch Omotayo but the said self acclaimed Endorsed candidate’s father was a one time house of Assembly member, one would ask or liken this as a family affair.
Few days ago the APC party chairman Alhj. Abdulahi Bello in a press statement debunked such rumour which has been peddled by some unpopular aspirants that have been cold sweat to go to the field (primaries) to test their popularity.
Concerned youths of Ijumu, further reinstate their unalloyed support for youth agenda, the agenda that has been the blueprint and legacy of the new direction Government since the inception of this administration ably lead by His Excellency Alhj. Yahaya Bello the Executive Governor of kogi state.
We urge the leadership of our great party to be transparent in the process and allow the will of the masses to preponderate any personal interest.
