A Heartfelt Appreciation: Alh Yahaya Bello’s Choice of Alhaji Adabegene Siyaka as Auditor-General for Local Government in OGHS 97 Set Alumni
I am writing on behalf of the esteemed 97 Set Alumni Association of Okoro Gbedde High School to express our heartfelt appreciation to Governor Alh Yahaya Bello for appointing our distinguished classmate, Alhaji Adabegene Siyaka, as the Auditor-General of Local Government in the State. This commendable decision reflects the governor’s trust in Alh Siyaka’s capabilities to handle the significant responsibilities associated with the role.
On behalf of the entire OGHS 97 Set, I extend warm congratulations to Alh Siyaka Yakubu for this well-deserved appointment. This achievement not only reflects his individual capabilities but also brings honor to our entire set.
Alh Siyaka Yakubu’s previous role as the Personal Assistant to the Governor-Elect Alh Ododo Usman, while he served as the State Auditor-General for Local Government, showcased his dedication and competence. We encourage him to continue being a commendable ambassador for both the 97 Set and OGHS in his new capacity.
We believe that Alh Siyaka Yakubu will leverage his new office to draw attention to the deteriorating state of OGHS. Our alma mater, once a preferred choice for parents nationwide, now faces challenges such as the absence of hostel facilities and an insufficient number of teachers. We trust that Alh Siyaka Yakubu will utilize his influential position to positively impact the fortunes of OGHS.
As Alh Siyaka Yakubu embarks on this new assignment, we wish him tremendous success. May God grant him sound health and a long life to continue making a positive impact on humanity, especially among his friends, peers, and the OGHS community.
Once again, we express our gratitude to Governor Alh Yahaya Bello for choosing one of us, and congratulations to Alh Siyaka Yakubu for making us proud.
