The people of Oranre community set to pick a nomination and expression of interest form for Leke Abejide the current member of the House of Representatives Yagba Federal Constituency.
In a statement made available by the Chairman Oranre Development Association Ibrahim Dayo Asani alongside the Public Relation officer of the Association Lukman Usman, the association on behalf of the good people of the community wants to purchase the party’s nomination form for Hon. Leke Abejide because they Abejide have impacted through his legislative duties.
“Abejide have done well for the people, we know he can afford the form, but we want to buy it for him because his style of leadership and representation is not common”.
“Leke has done well, in all areas, in terms of legislature, oversight functions and other responsibilities of a lawmaker. Therefore, we have found him worthy of this gesture and have decided to purchase his nomination form for him”.
“As a community, we have decided to pick the African Democratic Congress form for Leke Abejide to contest, he has a very good record”.
“We want more of what we are experiencing in Yagba land and we want continuity, Leke Abejide has an outstanding record. We want him to continue for another four (4) years”.
The PRO of Oranre expressed that Yagba people can not afford to miss another chance of unprecedented representation from Hon. Leke, we as a community believe in continuity.
“We want to enjoin the people of Yagba Federal Constituency to rally around and support Leke for another term”. He said.
