Gas Explosion: Minister Ramatu Sympathises with Obaro of Kabba
The Honourable Minister of State for Federal Capital Territory, Hajia Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu (Ph.D) has sympathised with the Obaro of Kabba and the entire Okun citizens following the recent Gas Explosion in the land and its economic deficit.
In a statement, the Honourable Minister said “I fully understand the economic impact of the recent gas explosion on the lives of the hard working Nigerians. As shocking as this may have been, I share in the tears of the affected victims and the entire Okun land knowing for well, it will go down in our memories.
“As God is the saviour of all, it is pertinent nevertheless to continue paying greater attention to safety procedures and precautionary measures at our business premises and immediate environment. Suffice to say more attention on safety procedures can help avert some disasters.
“The Federal Government as led by President Muhammadu Buhari is deeply saddened by this occuring situation and I assure you of government’s necessary attention where necessary in collaboration with Kogi State Government.”
