HON. OMOTAYO ADELEYE ISHAYA, MEMBER REPRESENTING IJUMU CONSTITUENCY, KOGI STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY AT THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF KOGI STATE UNIVERSITY, KABBA.
The member representing Ijumu constituency, Kogi state house of assembly, yesterday, made a vita contributions towards the establishment of Kogi state University, Kabba.
Hon. Omotayo Adeleye Ishaya who sees the establishment of the university as timing and welcome Development to the people of Okun land. She noted that, the establishment of a state University would help to reduce admission stress, Also create more employment opportunities for the people of Okun land and Kogi state at large.
She used the opportunity to commend the governor of kogi State for coming up with the ideas of establishing a state University in Okun land. In her words; This is the best time in the history of Okun land, I’m the most happiest person, I feel so good and grateful to God for the gesture, befitting, and the recognition given to the Okun people by the governor of kogi State.
Hon. Omotayo expresses joy of the hearing of the establishment of Kogi state University, Kabba. She believes that the state house of assembly members would do everything within their power to fasten the proposed bill for the establishment of Kogi state University, Kabba.
Lastly, she urges the good people of Okun land, and the host community to continue to pray for the success of the establishment of the university and also pray for the unity, peace and progress of the state. She thanks all the royal fathers, the stakeholders, and all the sons and daughters of Okun land that were present at the hearing.
