OLORI OTITOJU BAGS COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD
Olori Comfort Funmilayo Otitoju, wife of late High Chief J. O. Otitoju, has been nominated for the Community Service Award, by the Ekinrin-Adde Community Development Association.
The recognition, according to a statement by Mr Victor Adekanye, spokes person for the community, is sequel to her unrivaled commitment to health care delivery in the community.
Olori Otitoju was born to the family of Chief and Mrs Eniolorunfe Johnson in Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi state, in the early 70’s.
She is the 4th child of six children in the family.
She attended St. Andrew school and St. Monica’s College, both in Kabba, for her primary and secondary education respectively.
After her secondary education, she, (at various times), attended: College of Health Technology Idah, College of Health Technology Offa and University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
Olori Otitoju worked with Ijumu Education Authority before changing her service cadre to the Health Care Department.
She subsequently worked at Okoro PHC (2003 – 2009), Ikoyi PHC March (2009- October 2009) and Egbeda Egga PHC – 2009-2017.
Olori Otitoju has been in charge of Ekinirin Adde MPHCC since 2017.
Olori Otitoju Comfort Funmilayo was married to late High Chief J.O Otitoju of blessed memory and the union is blessed with three wonderful children.
