The Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government and Kogi State ALGON Chairman,Hon. Taufiq Isa flagged off distribution of motorcycles to primary health care centers in the Local Government.
The motorcycles are for monitoring and effective implementation of immunization programs and other urgent health care issues.
The Council Chairman enjoined the health officers to ensure judicious use of the motorcycles with a vow that the Local Government will ensure they monitor them for effective utilization of the motorcycles.
He promised to continue to work with the health workers and to protect their interest always.
