Barr Zacceaus Dare Michael, Executive Director Justice Helpline Foundation made the plea in a statement lamented that inspite the global threat of Covid 19 People are yet to see reason to maintain safety measures.
Barr. Dare observed that the Federal and State Government should using all the security agencies shut down markets, and other public places People are gathering.
He described as unfortunate that people are still allowed to clamp in vehicles traveling across motor parks, beer parlous and in other places even with the ravaging scourge of Covid 19.
He insisted that the government should from tomorrow enforce forcefully the order if it must win the battle against Covid 19.
While noting that people in this part of the world want coercion to obey orders, government he noted has no choice but to go all out using the army, police and civil defence to enforce the order to stay safe.
He described the war against Covid 19 as a war that must be won only if orders are drastically enforced.
