Following the yesterday’s affirmation of Comrade Osahon Davidson Obasuyi as the elected Chairman of the Edo State chapter of the apex youth body in Nigeria, the NYCN in its last elective congress, by a high court sitting in Benin.
Stakeholders of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Edo State have since been sending in congratulatory messages in support of the affirmed Chairman. One of them is an ex Chairman of the NYCN in Ovia North East Local Government, Comrade Anslem Onogholo.
In his congratulatory message sent through the Public Relations Officer of the NYCN, Comrade Charles Osagie, the ex Chairman said “congratulations, sir. May God give you abundant grace to settle and continue with your responsibilities.”
Comrade Onogholo furthered saying “importantly, stretch forth your olive branch, to those that were aggrieved and tap from their wealth of experience. It’s normal to disagree to agree and come to agreement in the long run.”
“Please, I encourage you to be magnanimous in your victory. Court has granted to your humble self, on a platter of gold.” Anslem added.
“We celebrate your entire exco.” He concluded.
It would be recalled that the last NYCN elective congress was held on Tuesday, 20th November, 201, in Fugar Estako Central Local Government Area of Edo State and Comrade Obasuyi won with a landslide victory.
