The Provost of Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, Dr. Victoria Olusola Jagboro, has extended her heartfelt congratulations to Mr. James Anaza Duro Joseph on his appointment as the new Provost of Kogi State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Obangede.
