MANAGEMENT, STAFF AND STUDENTS OF COE TECH KABBA EMBARK ON SELF HELP PROJECT

By Ade Ariyo
Earlier today the Management, staff  and students of Kogi State College of EducationTechnical Kabba embarked on self-help project to create access road to the permanent site of the college to pave way for normal teaching and learning activities.
Recall that sometimes this year the bridge leading to the college compound was washed away by erosion. This made it difficult for staff and students to have access to the compound for normal teaching and learning. The magnitude of the destruction was beyond what the college could handle. However, the management put up a temporary measure by constructing a pedestrian bridge to enable students and lecturers have access to the compound.
But with the end of the raining season, the college community ably led by the Provost today embarked on manual construction of access road to enable vehicles t
have access to the compound.
The college community plead with all relevant authorities and spirited organisations to come to the aid of the college before the next raining season.
