Gov. Ododo Presents Flag To Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael As APC Flag Bearer In Kabba/Bunu LGA Chairmanship Race

In a significant political event today, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael, the APC chairmanship candidate in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State received the flag of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Kogi State Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo as the flag bearer of the APC. This symbolic tradition marks the party’s strong support and confidence in its candidates, and it was a moment of deep humility for the people’s choice Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael.

The event, which was held at the Muhammadu Buhari Square in Lokoja, had the Kogi State Chairman of the APC, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello, other members of the party’s State Working Committee (SWC), State Appointees, National and State Assembly Members and some guests of the candidate.

The local government elections are scheduled to take place in the state on October 19th, 2024.

Expressing his gratitude to Governor Usman Ododo for his unwavering support and trust in his candidacy, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael emphasized that this flag handover represents the commencement of an exciting journey toward victory and progress for Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area.

In his address to the people of Kabba/Bunu LGA, Zacchaeus pledged to lead the local government area to greater progress, ensuring shared prosperity for all. He expressed his appreciation for the solidarity and support shown to him, highlighting that it reflects the achievements of the Ododo’s administration, which have continued to attract favor and strong partnerships for the state.
