Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael Dedicates Victory to Constituents, Says No Victor, No Vanquished
The Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area, Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the October 19 elections, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael, has dedicated his endorsement by the APC executives, leaders and party stakeholders to the entire people of Kabba/Bunu LGA.
In a note of appreciation personally signed by the candidate, he said there was “no victor, no vanquished” in the consensus process.
Zacchaeus, who is the caretaker chairman for Kabba/Bunu LGA, noted that while in the euphoria of his declaration, he spent quality time reminiscing about the entire process and came to the conclusion that his victory is for all.
He commended the State Security Adviser, Comdr Jerry Omodara rtd, Commissioner for Education, Hon Wemi Jones FCIB, Kabba/Bunu LGA state assembly member, Hon Seyi Bello, Hon Bode Adeyemi, RT Hon Kolawole Mathew, H.E Banji Jimoh, Hon Alfred Bello, Barr Kayode Barike, Hon Taiwo Nathaniel, Barr Boluromi Funsho, Hon Moses Olorunleke, Hon Funsho Braimoh, Hon Juwon Olorunnipa aka Jumabee and other leaders for their unsolicited supports and grassroots mobilization that makes his candidature hitch free.
The caretaker chairman commended his fellow contestants within the party, submitting that they did the local government area proud by their indication of interest to serve and peaceful conduct throughout the endorsement process.
While pledging to rededicate himself to the service of the people, Zacchaeus stated that his doors are open for all constituents of goodwill to bring in ideas and pathways that can consolidate his efforts
“First of all, I thank Almighty God for his infinite mercy, grace, protection and guidance in our lives as the political events of Kabba/Bunu Local Government Areas in the last six months clearly showed that we are a people after God’s heart. Neither was there any deliberate violence nor attempted collision among the party members and we must give God the glory.
“I sincerely appreciate the support of all critical stakeholders of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Kogi State under the able Leadership of our indomitable Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo towards the success of our Party at the forthcoming local government polls.
“In the same vein, I sincerely thank our party members, Women and the Youths of Kabba/Bunu LGA for their dedication to our course.
“Similarly, I thank the party leaders, our traditional institutions, religious bodies, the Press and other societal groups for their display of professionalism, neutrality, fairness, good conduct and moral support respectively for it is the multiplier effect of all these endeavours that brought about a serene atmosphere before and during the endorsement process.
“Worthy of commendation too, are my fellow contestants. Regardless of your interests. You have done the land proud by your indication of interest to serve and peaceful conduct throughout the exercise, Kabba/Bunu LGA is a place of Pride to all of us and I call on you to join hands with me in moving it forward.

My doors are open for all constituents of goodwill to bring in ideas and pathways that can consolidate our efforts.
