It is with great pleasure that I, Hon. Omotayo Adeleye Ishaya, Member Kogi State House of Assembly representing Ijumu Constituency, felicitate with our esteemed former Governor, Alhaji Adoza Yahaya Bello CON, on the auspicious occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.
Today marks a significant milestone in the life of a remarkable leader who has left an indelible mark on the history of Kogi State. Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s dedication to public service, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the development of our great state have earned him a revered place in the hearts of Kogi people.
During his tenure as Governor, Alhaji Bello implemented numerous initiatives that transformed Kogi State, lifting countless citizens out of poverty and providing opportunities for growth and prosperity. His leadership exemplified courage, sacrifice, and a deep sense of responsibility, inspiring a new generation of leaders.
As we celebrate this remarkable individual, we acknowledge the legacy he has built, which continues to inspire and guide us today. His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, has aptly described Alhaji Bello as a “quintessential leader of men and women and a pathfinder who lifted children of the less privileged to prominence.”
