Group Commends Ijumu LG Boss, Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna, Over extraordinary security revamp and sustainability
The Ijumu Youths Progressive Alliance, under the aegis of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expressed satisfaction with the leadership of the Ijumu Local Government Chairman, Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna.
The group praised his steadfast commitment to security, describing his investment in the safety of lives and property as unparalleled within the LGAs of the state. They highlighted instances where the chairman personally led security personnel to critical events, ensuring the protection of the people and their properties.
Hon. Joshua Monday a stakeholder of the group noted that the suspension of activities at the Iyara Cattle Market was a step in the right direction, aimed at restoring sanity and order to the market’s operations.
Furthermore, the Leadership of the youth group extended their gratitude to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for appointing a leader who places the well-being of the people above personal comfort. The group acknowledged the chairman’s efforts in enhancing security through the recruitment of local hunters, provision of stipends, vehicles, motorcycles, and other essential logistics.
Encouraging Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna to continue his good work, they reaffirmed their commitment to supporting his administration, as well as that of Governor Ododo, regardless of challenges.
The group remains steadfast in its belief that under his leadership, Ijumu will become a haven of safety and progress.
