ALL-IMPORTANT KOGI STATE YOUTH/STUDENT TOWNHALL MEETING PREAMBLE HOLDS IN ADAVI TODAY
Today marked the precursor to a groundbreaking event in Kogi State as the Office of the Special Adviser on Youth and Student Matters, headed by Ambassador Oladele Nihi, in collaboration with the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALCON), inaugurated the 21 LGA Youth & Student Town Hall Meeting. While the main event is slated for Monday, the palpable enthusiasm from the youth and students who gathered today in Adavi set the stage for a productive and inclusive dialogue.
The all-important meeting has been hailed to reflect Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s vision of transformative leadership and his administration’s commitment to youth empowerment. By providing a platform for the youth and students to engage with stakeholders, express their concerns, and contribute to Kogi’s development, the event holds the potential to foster community, promote inclusive governance, and advance the state toward further prosperity.
With the main event just days away, the town hall initiative offers more than a space to discuss achievements and challenges. Through active involvement, the youth and students can ensure their voices are heard and their concerns addressed.

As the curtain rises on Monday, the 21 LGA Youth & Student Town Hall Meeting promises to be a watershed moment in Kogi State’s history. The event calls for everyone’s attention and participation to ensure the voices of youth and students are amplified and their needs met.
