Gov Ododo Enhances Security In Kabba, Approves The Completion Of The Security Base To Support Kogi State University And Its Environs
The Kogi State Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has bolstered the local government area security efforts by approving the completion of the security base that is adjacent to Kogi State University, Kabba.
The security base is the pet project of the pragmatic and workaholic executive chairman of Kabba/Bunu LGA, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael.
Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has restated the commitments of his administration towards sustaining the support of the security operatives in the state for enhanced performance in securing the state.
A statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Omofa John, Zacchaeus said Gov Ododo gave the approval in his office in Lokoja on Thursday.
Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael commended the Chief Servant of Kogi State for the synergy and teamwork, which has grossly reduced the rate of crime across the state particularly, in Kabba/Bunu LGA
The timely approval of the Kogi State Government to complete the construction of the security base has remained a strong pillar of fighting crime in Kabba the local government capital and its environs.
The chairman promised the residents of the Kabba/Bunu LGA of more developmental projects to all parts of the local government area on the basis of equity and fairness.
Zacchaeus pleaded with the people of Kogi State to continue to pray and support Gov Ododo-led administration to succeed.
He expressed gratitude to the governor for his love for the Kabba/Bunu LGA and for making the completion of the security base in Kabba his most priority.
Zacchaeus also thanked former members of the transition committee and the APC stakeholders for the support received from them while the project was under construction.
