Kabba Youth Coalition Forum Urges Gov Ododo To Respect Arrangements In Kabba/Bunu LGA For Unity, Peace And Progress
The forum of Kabba Youth Coalition sends a strong message to the Kogi State Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on the need to respect arrangements in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
Sir, from the inception of the local government area administration, no government had ever thought of having the major positions of the local government area in the same district.
Kabba/Bunu LGA has two districts;
- Kabba district
- Bunu district
Also, in the last administration of the former governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello in his wisdom respected rotation and arrangement of electives positions and appointments.
Therefore, Your Excellency, sir, for equity, fairness and justice to our neighboring district, we plead for a revisit in the arrangement of the local government secretary.
Sir, we have an executive chairman in Kabba district, so, vice chairman and secretary should go to Bunu district according to tradition and arrangement modules since 1999.
If this arrangement is not reversed in time, it’ll cause disunity, enmity and chaos in our dear local government area.
Your Excellency, I believe you’re a man of order that has values, integrity and respect to culture and tradition. So, let your purposeful leadership further strengthen our cord of unity and oneness in Kabba/Bunu LGA.
