Kogi Education Commissioner Receives Kinsmen, Solicits Support for Gov. Ododo’s administration
The Honorable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB has called on the good people of Ayede Bunu in Kabba/Bunu Local Government to sustain support for the administration of His Excellency, Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The Commissioner made the appeal in office in Lokoja when he received the high powered delegation from Ayede Community.
The Commissioner, who noted that the administration of Gov. Ododo is committed to all around development in the state, said that the best way to support him is to continue to pray for the Governor and also strengthen unity, peace and tranquillity among them.
According to him, they can only enjoy dividends of democracy from government when they sustain peace and tranquility.
The Honorable Commissioner thanked the delegation and the monarch for the courtesy visit and assured them that His Excellency, Gov. Ododo’s administration will do more for the people of kogi State.
In their separate remarks, the monarchs thanked Gov. Ododo for reappointing their son as Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology
Among the monarchs in the delegation are; the Obalusere of Asa Kingdom, the Elesi of Okeromi and the Obadoka of Bolorunduro-Iddo
