APC OLLE-OKEOFFIN WARD EXCOS ON A COURTESY VISIT TO HON SEYI BELLO.
The APC excos of the Olle-Okeoffin Ward paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Chief Whip in the Kogi State House of Assembly, hon (Dr) Seyi Bello at Lokoja on Thursday 15th February, 2024.
They registered their congratulatory message on the appointment of the duo of hon Wemi Jones FCIB who was reappointed as the Commissioner of Education Science and Technology and Cmr Jerry Omodara who also retained his position as the State Security Adviser to the Government.
Coincidentally, both of them diligently served under the immediate past government of Governor Yahaya Bello. No doubt, their outstanding contributions endeared them into the sagacious heart of Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo who readily absorbed them into his government straight away.
The spokesman, hon Samuel Ogunsanmi who is the Olle-Okeoffin Ward Chairman said their visit was to give a word of congratulations to the two personalities. He expressed the exco’s happiness, congratulated hon Wemi Jones and Cmr Jerry Omodara over the new position, just as he prayed God for divine wisdom and guidance throughout their tenure. He went further by praising and thanking Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo for including their children into governance.
Hon Samuel Ogunsanmi reiterated their satisfaction over what he called, “the uncommon style of leadership operation”, which hon Seyi Bello is imbibing at delivering his functions in the house and also carrying his people along steadily.
Hon Seyi Bello thanked them for coming and reassured that the confidence the people reposed in them as their representatives shall be duly upheld and vigorously pursued with no iota of distraction.
