Vice Chancellor National Open University Iyara paid a courtesy visit to the caretaker Chairman Ijumu LGA.
The Vice-Chancellor, National Open University, Iyara, Dr Mrs Josephine Aina, led the University management for a courtesy visit to the Transition Caretaker Chairman Ijumu Local Government Area,on Friday, 9th, February, 2024. At the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor Congratulates the transition caretaker Chairman on his appointment and also informed the caretaker Chairman about recent development in the University in particular giant strides on quality service delivery in the University.
She further appeals to the caretaker Chairman on damage of The school transformer.
In his response, the caretaker Chairman expressed appreciation to the Founder of the University for his service to humanity through the establishment of the University which has contributed immensely to human capital development in Ijumu LGA and Nigeria at large. He indicated the resolve of the local government to support the University in all possibe ways.
He told the University management that he will send a delegation to visit the school and ascertain the level in which the local government can come in.
The vice Chancellor, Dr. Mrs Josephine Aina, appreciated the caretaker Chairman for his warm reception and prayed for success in all his endeavours.
