Ijumu LGA caretaker Chairman attends Swearing-in of newly appointed Commissioners, Congratulates Hon Sunday Faleke
The Transition caretaker Chairman Ijumu Local Government Area, Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna popularly known as DSTV, on Wednesday 31st January, 2024, attended the swearing in ceremony of the 19 commissioners appointed by the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, charging them to be efficient and effective in moving the state forward in line with the Government plans and policies.
Alhaji Ibrahim Haruna, while congratulating the newly appointed commissioners, especially Honourable Sunday Faleke, the Commissioner for Special Duties who is from Ijumu Local government Area, calls on them to discharge their duties diligently, listen to the concerns of the people and work towards addressing them.
Alhaji Ibrahim noted that the newly sworn in Commissioners should see the development of Kogi as their priority and charged them to diligently discharge assignments accorded them in their various ministries in order to fast track the developmental agenda of His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration in the state.
The caretaker Chairman Ijumu Local government, promised to collaborate with the Hon. Sunday Faleke, to foster unity and development across Ijumu kingdom.
