Students Resume Lectures at Kogi State University Kabba: Fix Date For Matriculation Ceremony

Kogi State University Kabba has welcomed students back to its academic fold, signaling the commencement of a new semester. The university has also announced that the matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students is scheduled for January 16, 2023.

As of the latest update, a total of 748 students have already accepted their admission, and 81 more are awaiting acceptance, bringing the prospective total of admitted students to 829. This influx of fresh minds reflects the growing popularity and demand for education at Kogi State University (KSU )Kabba.

It is noteworthy that the university is actively processing approximately 150 applications for course changes, showcasing its commitment to accommodating the diverse academic preferences of its students. The National University Commission’s approval of an admission quota of 1,750 students further emphasizes the institution’s dedication to providing quality education and fostering a vibrant academic community.

Hon. Wemi Jones, the State Commissioner for Education, Science, and Technology, expressed his satisfaction with the progress made by Kogi State University Kabba. He highlighted the achievement as a testament to Governor Yahaya Bello’s commitment to turning promises into actions.
