The Honourable Commissioner of Finance,Budget and Economic Planning and an illustrious son of Isanlu kingdom, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA has expressed heart of felicitations to His Royal Majesty, Oba, Moses Etombi, the Agbana of Isanlu and Chairman Yagba East Traditional Council on the auspicious occasion of his third year anniversary and presentation of staff of office, today 28th November, 2023.
Asiwaju, in his message of felicitations, heaps praises on His Royal Majesty for validating his ascension to the stool of our forebears as truly the hands of God Almighty, which has gained the absolute acceptance of his subject owing to his exemplary leadership style, commitment to the development of the kingdom and dedication to the promotion of culture and tradition of the land. Oba Etombi has brought immense progress and bliss to our land in no small measure, the commissioner stated.
In his words, ” Kabiesi in his short stint on the throne has remained an embodiment of exceptional virtues and a symbol of classical royalty. His Royal Majesty has left no stone unturned in his determined quest to return Isanlu to his glory days of collective disposition to community development, foester peace above rancour, unity beyond differences, communal relationships beyond class, modernisation without jettisoning the place of culture and tradition. Third year on the saddle, it suffice to say Isanlu land has witnessed torrents of developmental strides and progress of individuals within the kingdom.
The Honourable Commissioner harps on the fact that Oba Etombi has left no one behind in his kingdom. Rather, he has truly demonstrated his royal responsibility of being a father to all, who vehemently seeks the good of the land and the success of his subjects. Asiwaju asserted that Isanlu is overtly blessed to have HRM, Oba, Moses Etombi on the throne at a time like this, and we are profusely grateful to God Almighty for his Grace.
