This female business tycoon, who hails from Ayetoro Gbede in Ijumu LGA of Kogi State, resides in Texas, USA she began donating financial services to the All Progressives Congress (APC) Party and decampees from other political parties back in August and continues to do so in support of Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman’s (OAU) bid for the Kogi State governorship post by making an Iron-Framed Campaign Bill Board which was erected at Lokoja, the capital of Kogi State.
She arrived in Nigeria from the USA on September 16th and toured the 30 wards of kabba bunu/Ijumu LGAs, supporting the campaign of ODODO/OYIBO APC for Governor. During the tour, in Iffe Ikoyi Ward, a disabled man named Mr. Alaba Yusuff demonstrated immense determination by crawling to the venue, renouncing the PDP for the APC party, and received financial assistance of two hundred thousand (#200,000) naira to support his shoe-making business.
In addition to her other activities, Mrs. Toyin Kosoko-Omole commissioned three wooden bill boards in Yagba East, Yagba West, and Mopamuro LGAs in support of the APC ODODO/OYIBO campaign for Governor of Kogi State.
As part of this ongoing APC ODODO/OYIBO project, Mrs. Toyin Kosoko-Omole had 13,000 posters printed, of which 10,000 were given to Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and 3,000 were pasted across Ijumu, Okene, and Lokoja Local Government Areas respectively.
Also, she distributed food items to the widows and elderly in her hometown cutting across Ijumu LGA, including 5,000 pieces of rice labeled with the APC ODODO/OYIBO logo.
When asked about the importance of winning for the APC in an interview with some community youth stakeholders, she stressed the need for effective and concerted efforts in order to achieve this goal. She noted that politics is all about strategy and having come from the same Ward as Sen. Dino Melaye, she is committed to ensuring the success of the ODODO campaign, breaking the record of PDP consistent winning which debarred their enjoying dividend of democracy . Her community comprises Ward 1 with 12 units and Ward 2 with 11 units.
She met with various groups who had previously been affiliated with the PDP but had since defected to the APC because of her interventions. These groups expressed frustration with the status quo and voiced their support for the ODODO campaign, emphasizing that a change in leadership is necessary for progress. In response to their support, Mrs. Toyin Kosoko-Omole expressed her gratitude and appreciation and offered financial support to the various groups in her community. This financial support was given as a token of appreciation for their support of the ODODO campaign, and as a way to encourage continued involvement in the political process. These groups were instrumental in spreading the message of the campaign and rallying support in their units. The supported groups amongst others are:

She assured the groups that she would communicate their concerns to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, and expressed her gratitude for their support. In addition, she promised that her team will visit after the election in November to thank them and continue to visit periodically, so that they can feel connected to and included in the benefits of democracy. The groups were encouraged by her words and felt that their concerns would be heard and addressed.
In addition to the financial support, she also printed 1,500 face caps and 120 T-shirts for her constituents. This additional support was intended to show her appreciation for their participation in the campaign and help spread the message of the ODODO campaign.
