A Kogi born US based Auto business expert, Mike Korede Oludoyi, has thrown his support behind Ododo Ahmed Usman otherwise known as OAU who is the gubernatorial candidate of The All Progressive Congress, APC, in the Kogi November 11 gubernatorial election.

Mike who is the Chief Executive Officer of MO.Autos, LLC, USA, described the gubernatorial candidature of Ododo as a befitting one that inspires youth to hold unto the firm belief that “indeed our tomorrow is here with us, and a testament that we are responsible for our future”.

“I am greatly impressed with how His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello placed great importance on the involvement of youths in his administration by way of giving them active political leadership roles to play. How he declared war against insecurity and criminality in Kogi State. Thereby, making Kogi to be ranked amongst the safest states in Nigeria. A place where investors and there businesses can strive. The construction of roads, hospitals, schools and so many infrastructural achievements in the state amongst many others, gives room for one to confidently align with the continuity and consolidation of Ododo Ahmed Usman.”

MKO who rode on the sterling performances of Governor Yahaya Bello, assured Ododo of his total support and promises to mobilise votes and other necessary needed resources for his victory at the poll. He noted that Governor Yahaya Bello’s legacies in the state has only made the work easier for the victory of the candidate. He urged Ododo to build on the existing giant strides of GYB.

Mike Oludoyi who hails from Mopamuro LGA, expressed his unreserved gratitude to Governor Yahaya Bello for his strong political will in establishing the Kogi State University, Kabba, and the immediate relocation of the College of Education Technical Kabba, to Mopa, Mopamuro Local Government. He described this kind gesture of the governor as a dream come through for the people of Yagba and Okun land. These and many more are reasons why we can’t be ungrateful to the APC with our consolidating votes.

Ododo Ahmed Usman while responding, expressed his gratitude to the young businessman who he described as a worthy son of Kogi State making us proud across the globe. “Seeing our illustrious sons and daughters who are outside the country doing well and also believing in the continuity and consolidating mandate of Gov Yahaya Bello’s administration leaves me with great joy because it therefore means that no good work goes unnoticed and the reward for excellence is more excellence. He left the assurance that he won’t let Kogi Youths down, stressing that Gov Bello’s love for the youths won’t die a sudden death.

“To you my brother MKO, I want to assure you that your believe in Gov Yahaya Bello and his administration won’t be disappointed. As a young man making waves of success in your chosen field of business, I assure you that we will continue to create and maintain the enabling environment for your business and every other legal businesses of others to strive. Continue to remain a worthy ambassador of Kogi Youths.

In addition, Barrister Ozigi Deedat, the Kogi State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs who also doubles as the chairman of Ododo consultative team, rained his words of encouragement and commendation to MKO who flew into Nigeria from US to make this presentation and pledge his solid and action loaded supports for the GYB, OAU and APC in general.

“It is good to see youths aligning both in words and in action with this administration. An administration that has given unmatched priory to the youths especially in inconclusiveness in politics and governance. Honestly, I am impressed. He charged MKO to use his business links to attract more Kogites who are out there doing great to come home and make investments, reiterating the government’s protection and provision of secured environment for businesses to strive in the state.”
