Celebrating the birth anniversary of the Secretary to the Kogi State Government, Mrs Ayoade Folashade Arike, PhD, has left many well wishers not limited to family, friends, religious brethren and political associates raining down encomiums on the celebrant.

Joseph Olusegun Stephen alias JOS, a renowned revenue expert and business tycoon who has described the celebrant as a diligent, compassionate and dedicated hardworking administrator who understands the nitty gritty of administration in governance and whose disciplinary actions leaves no stone unturned especially as it concerns getting the work done as demanded by His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, The Executive Governor of Kogi State.
