THE MEMBER ELECT FOR IJUMU STATE CONSTITUENCY URGES THE MUSLIMS TO EMULATE PROPHET MOHAMMED AND EQUALLY USE THE CELEBRATION TO PRAY FOR THE PEACE AND UNITY OF THE COUNTRY.
The member elect for Ijumu constituency,hon. Omotayo Adeleye Ishaya felicitates with Muslim faithfuls all over the world.
She described the fasting observed by the Muslims for a period of one month as a sacrificial period in the lives of the Muslims to draw closer to Allah and amends theirs ways for their prayers and sacrifice during the period of the holy month of Ramadan to be accepted by Allah.
She called on all sons and daughters if ijumu constituency, the elders in ijumu constituency, and everybody to come together and put ijumu first so that ijumu constituency can witness a rapid Developments, growth and also to get a state and national recognition.
Hon.Omotayo appreciates the good people of ijumu constituency for their supports, peaceful conduct durring the last ijumu state constituency election which she emerged as the winner. She described her victory as will of God and also the massive love she received from the good people of ijumu constituency, stressing that, she would do everything possible within her power to serve the people of ijumu constituency, also take ijumu constituency to a new Jerusalem as promised during campaign.
Lastly, she use the occasion of Edel-Fitril to pray for the continuous peace and unity in ijumu constituency, kogi State and Nigeria at large. In her words; Let’s Continue to live in harmony, let’s see ourselves as one, let the spirit of love Continue to reflect in our lives, and let’s be a true servant of God.
