RE: LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL PASSES VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON KABBA BUNNU LG BOSS, COUNCIL LEADER
Ordinarily we wouldn’t have bothered ourselves in Replying the above subject matter But in other not to misinformed the reading public, we felt it is Necessary to put the Record Straight.
Firstly, There is No sitting of Kabba Bunnu Legislative council any where that the said purported Vote of Confidence was passed on the Local Government Boss of Kabba Bunnu LGA and Council Leader, The said write up was just an infringement of the writers Immergination, Because it is Against the Council Rules that votes of confidence will be passed without a NORMAL COUNCIL SITTING?
IMPORTANTLY, We wish to states categorically that, Hon.Moses Tolorunleke , The Executive chairman of Kabba Bunnu LGA is on the good Record of Council and We have no Record of acts of Indiscipline Against his person neither Did The Kabba Bunnu Legislative council Ever Submitted Any Petition Before any constituted Authority Against him, and if any one has contrary opinion , They should feel free to provide such evidence? Hon.Tolorunleke Moses is a Performer.
SIMILARLY, There is No Reason to Pass votes of confidence on Hon.Moses Tolorunleke Because we are Never In Doubt about his Ability and Good Records at the sardues of Authority at Kabba Bunnu LGA.
HOWEVER, We wish to Reterates our commitment to the Facts that, The Petition Before the Kogi state House of Assembly , proudly written by the undersigned Councillors from KABBA extractions of Kabba Bunnu LGA Legislative council was Written Against the Council Leader, in the person of Hon.Towoenifini Mosiko, Based on the Following reasons, Two Councillors from Kabba Extractions were Recently suspended for Anti party activities in the person of Hon.Emmanuel Aiyeditan ( Representing Aiyewa Ward ) And Hon.Segun Olorunfemi (Representing Egbeda Ward) on the Request of the Council Chairman, leaving the Councillors from Bunnu Districts who are more rooted in Anti party activities and Gross misconduct.
EMPHATICALLY, Hon Towoenifini Mosiko petition before Kogi state House of Assembly was based on the following;
(1) Financial Misappropriation to the tune of #2,700,000( Two Million, Seven Hundred thousand naira) only . it’s obvious that since the Inauguration of the House, the sum of #150,000(one Hundred and fifty thousand naira) only Impress have been received monthly by the Council Leader, she is only entitled to 50,000 ( Fifty thousand naira but contrary to the laid down rules and procedures, she have been diverting the remaining 100, 000( One Hundred thousand naira) only and converting it to personal use , the Total sum of the said money diverted by Hon.Towoenifi Mosiko is, 2,700,000(Two Million, Seven Hundred thousand naira) only as at the time of submission of our petition against her..
(2)High handedness and Disloyal to the constituted Authority, It is on Record that for more than one year, Hon.Towoenifini Mosiko in connivance with others have put our Legislative chamber under Key and Lock thereby preventing all the Councillors from performing their Legislative duties despite the fact that she was given wise counsel to open the House for the Councillors to perform their Legislative function , she remains adamant and recalcitrant to the said advise.
It is worthy to mentioned that she have been preventing the KABBA BUNNU Legislative council from meeting up with the number of days statutorily required to sit within the Legislative year…
(3) Gross Misconduct and Anti party activities; It is Crystal clear that Hon.Towoenifi Mosiko from Bunnu Districts, Akutupa Ward in particular, have been Involving in Anti party activities and openly mobilized and campeign for the candidates of AFRICAN DEMOCRATIC PARTY (ADC) Without iota of sense of care for party that put her in power.
To the charging and disappointment during the last planery sitting, Hon.Towoenifi Mosiko read the letter from the Executive chairman Kabba Bunnu LGA, thereafter during her Remarks, she said, she was surprised that her Name was not on the list of Councillors to be suspended, there by mocking the process.
Similarly, Not yet done , Hon Towoenifini Mosiko proceeded to the Facebook page of Hon.Emmanuel Aiyeditan who was suspended for Anti party activities and misconduct to express her support for him and her comments on the suspended Councillor Facebook page is attached.
Conclusively, attached are the lists of the undersigned Councillors.
