2023 Electoral Victory: Kogi Permanent Board Member Abraham Jacob Defeats PDP, ADC other opposition parties at Unit Level, Appreciates electorates, Unit 4 APC Excos Of Ward 1, Odole Mopa
Indeed politics is local and the grassroots appreciates accessibility, simplicity, humility and tolerance for all; They are never asking for too much. This is my unit; unit 4, Oja Oba, Ward 1 Odole Mopa, Mopamuro LGA and the results we pulled for each of the contested offices; President, Senate, House of Rep’s and State House of Assembly.
To those who are familiar with the Politics in Ward 1, Odole Mopa, Unit 4 harbours revered political bigwigs of PDP like Former House of Rep’s Member, Former Kogi SSG and Former Special Adviser to the governor, Former Kogi State Forestry Consultant; Hon Delex, Isale Eko, and other opposition parties members like Hon. Suzzy and this has made it impossible for APC to record a landslide victory in the unit. In fact, this unit is referred to as the opposition’s unit but to the Glory of God, I am pleased, proud and happy to show to the world that our unified team of the APC has changed the narratives in the unit as we convincingly in a free and fair election, won all elections in the unit in the just concluded February 25th 2023 Presidential, National and March 18th 2023 State Assembly Elections.
I deeply appreciate the genuine love, encouragement and support of the leadership of the APC Excos in my unit. Thank you for not letting me down and thank you for not belittling me. Thank you for trusting me to be your eyes in the government of His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello. I promise not to let you down. Thank you for carrying me on your shoulders that I may find more confidence. Consistently you have told me not to be scared and that leadership is not determined by body size or by age but a gift of grace from God. Thank you all.
To the entire people of Unit 4 who gave us their votes in trust, we promise to reciprocate the kind gesture.
No victory and no winning is ever too small to celebrate and appreciate God for.
This victory is for the men, women and youths of unit 4.
