Arc. Salman Idris of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has been presented certificate of return after he was declared winner of Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu House of Representatives election in Kogi by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The Returning Officer, Dr Adams Baba, announced this at the collation centre in Kabba, Kogi on Sunday.
