KOGI @31: YOU’RE A BLESSING TO KOGI STATE – OMODARA HAILS GOV. BELLO
State Security Adviser to the Kogi State Government, Commander Duro Jerry Omodara (Rtd) has congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello and the good people of Kogi State on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the state.
Commander Omodara described Governor Yahaya Bello as the best amongst the governors that ever ruled the state.
Omodara who made this known in a statement issued by his Personal Assistant, Hon. Arokoyo David Femi, made it available to newsmen on Saturday said Bello’s unprecedented achievements has make him towerred above his predeccesors.
“Governor Bello has priorities security, taken physical infrastructure, human investment, health care, education and agriculture in the State to a whole new level. Governor Bello is a blessing to the State.
“Governor Bello’s unprecedented leadership has improved the quality of life of citizens and residents of Kogi. I therefore join millions of Kogites to commend the man behind the ‘new face’ of Kogi State.”
Omodara however urged Kogi citizens to maintain a peaceful co-existence and continue to be good ambassadors, stressing that security is everybody’s concern, as no state can developed without security.
Kogi State was created on August 27, 1991 by the Military government of General Ibrahim Babangida.
