Teachers Recruitment: Kogi Govt. Makes U-Turn, Launches Online Portal
Kogi State Government on Wednesday announced the online recruitment of Teachers of Secondary Schools.
This is coming few months after over 10,000 applicants submitted their application manually to the Kogi State Science, Technical Education and Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM).
The Commissioner of Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones mentioned the online application in an Exclusive Interview saying that “the portal has been opened for applicants to apply as registration commences at 12midnight on Wednesday”.

He said, registration closes at 12 midnight on August 21st, 2022.
He added that the change in the recruitment process is in pursuance of the Standard laid down by the World Bank as well as for a seamless process.

- Retired teachers with physical energy and mental capacity who are willing to be engaged on contract basis.
