KOGI STATE SCHOOL ADOPTION AND MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Today, the Kogi Education Commissioner, Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB extends an Invitation letter to Honorable Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, Honorable Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planing, Kogi State.
A seasoned banker and Administrator, Hon. Asiwaju Asiru has keyed into the School Adoption and Mentorship programme of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology as approved and launched by the education friendly Governor, His Excellency. Alh. Yahaya Bello.
The Kogi State Commissioner of Finance is ready to go back to the classroom and share from his wealth of experience in such a way that the students can learn and be motivated.
Since becoming the Finance Commissioner , Hon. Asiwaju has led many reforms that has placed Kogi State as one of the best in terms Fiscal responsibility, openness and transparency according to World Bank ratings.
