OKUN YOUTHS FOR CHANGE STAND WITH PROF AKINWUMI, WARNS DETRACTORS TO STAY CLEAR.
The warning which came in a press statement, signed by the National President, claims that the faces behind the scandalous news should desist from such acts that are aimed at distracting the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Olayemi Akinwumi .
The president berated the frantic attempt at playing down on the laudable achievements of Prof Akinwumi within his short period in office, saying such attempt is a manifestation of desperate wickedness.
He described Professor Olayemi Akinwumi as a man with outstanding
pedigree and strength of character, and he encouraged him to remain undeterred in his great vision and mission for the institution.
Finally the President on behalf of the group reiterate her unwavering support for the VC.
