*SECURITY.*
Your Excellency Sir, your determination and a sense of purpose routed out criminals and criminalities across the length and breath of the state, which earned him the inspector General of police award of the most conscious security Governor.
insecurity in the state was at the apex. Robbery and kidnapping were perpetrated with reckless abandoned.
Today, Governor yahaya Bello has changed the security narratives by taking the bull by the horn in the following:
Recruitment of local Hunters with full amulet
He provide over 200 utility vehicles for security patrol against criminal activities in the State while over 500 motorcycles were provided for security operations to allow security agents access to the hinterlands where most of the heinous crimes are committed. Statistically, criminal activities in the state dropped by over 92 per cent complemented by the zero tolerance of the Governor towards any forms of criminality and his insistence on not negotiating with Bandits.
*INFRASTRUCTURES AND UTILITIES.*
I also noted with satisfaction the performance of the Governor on rural infrastructural like electrification, water supply and massive road Constructions in Kabba Bunu LG, citing the general lighting of the Eastern Senatorial district of the state.
*EDUCATIONAL SECTORS.*
In Educational Sector, your landmark achievements during the period under review had been phenomenal.
Your aggressive step in the establishment of confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, the upgrading of School of Agriculture, Ochaja, from Certificate to Diploma Awarding Institution, and Governments policies from basic to tertiary among others are unprecedented in the history of Kogi State.
Your inestimable loyalty to your political Father and Mentor: President Muhamadu Buhari, and absolute loyalty to the great party
A P C and the dedication to constitutional duties as the Chief Security officer of the State earned you National and International Awards and accolades as the Best Governor of year 2018 and 2019 on security matter which translated into rating the State as second most peaceful state in Nigeria after Osun and 1st in The North Central
