University Don Hails Gov. Bello’s Achievements in Education Sector

Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB, earlier on Wednesday received in audience, in his office, Prof. Bayeri Paul Kayode, a Professor of Crop Science from University of Nigeria Nsuka and Council member Kogi State University.
Professor Bayeri hailed the developmental strides in the State Education sector, describing it as remarkable and a right step towards safeguarding the future of the State.
He praised Governor Yahaya Bello and the Education Commissioner for demonstrating capacity in taking Education to the next level.
Responding, the Commissioner, Hon. Wemi Jones thanked the University Don for identifying the modest contributions of the New Direction Administration to the Education sector, assuring that the Education will continue to receive attention of Government.
