KOGI ALGON PREACHES UNITY, HARMONY, PEACE COEXISTENCE
As Nigerians celebrates the country’s 61st independence day,The Kogi State ALGON Chairman,Hon. Taufiq Isa, Onbehalf of the 21 Local Government Executive Chairmen has called on citizens of the State to embrace and promote unity,harmony and peaceful coexistence.
The Kogi State ALGON stressed the significance of the Independence day celebration and to take a lesson from the sacrifices the Executive Governor of Kogi State,Alh. Yahaya Bello to ensure that nothing divides the people of the State.
He urged Kogites to begin to see strength in their unity and diversity. The ALGON body condemned in totality those engaging and sponsoring criminal activities in the State, saying it is capable of turning the State to a fear.
The Kogi State ALGON assured the citizens and residents of Kogi State of the Governor’s readiness to ensure their lives and properties is secured,this has made him outstanding among his colleagues in the country. No doubts, Nigerians are clamouring he should come and contest for the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He also solicits continued support, cooperation,prayers and patience of the people of the State for Governor Yahaya Bello to build a society,with equal opportunities,for all to fulfill their potentials with their two eyes closed as a result of secured State.
The Kogi State ALGON Chairman said the commitment of the 21 Executive Chairmen in creating a safe environment in their various domain cannot be overlooked,As the Executive Governor has provided all necessary support for the State to remain safe for the past six years.
This,He noted,has reduced cases of crimes in the State to the barest minimum.
