Activist, Agba Jalingo, who shared the video of the assault revealed that the officer, Lt. Chika Viola Anele, assaulted the corp member, Ezeiruaku Ifeyinwa Fidelia after they had an argument. In an update, he revealed that the officer has been arrested and is being interrogated over the incident.
