2023:My Ambition is Governor Yahaya Bello to President Yahaya Bello (GYB2PYB)
The Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Council, Hon. Taufiq Isa has refuted the rumor going rounds some social media platforms that he will be contesting come 2023.
The council boss clearly stated that those peddling the rumours are well wishers that mean well for him but his main priority for now is his principal, Alh. Yahaya Bello becoming the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
“It is unthinkable that the executive chairman who has cautioned his supporters severally at different fora that his major ambition now is that of the Executive Governor becoming the President of Nigeria, would now launch a campaign for himself”
Therefore, “I thank my supporters for their unalloyed loyalty and belief. I urge you all that regardless of where you are,your political campaigns should be for Governor Yahaya Bello”
“Finally, I will not declare any ambition whatsoever that my benefactor, thehe Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Yahaya Bello has not approved” he said.
