***Declares unalloyed support for Governor Yahaya Bello
***Passes vote of confidence on Council Chairman
The Kabba-Bunu Local Government Legislative Council have refuted the rumour making around that there are cracks in the body of the legislative arm.
This expression was made today when the Council led by the Council Leader, Hon Towonifini Mosiko visited the Chairman of the local government in his office.
The Council Leader affirmed that the council is on same page and united on the agenda of supporting the council Chairman In replicating the agenda of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, Governor of Kogi State.
Brushing aside the reports of difference within the council, Hon Towonifini Mosiko said there were no differences within the council and all the members were on same page and same agenda.
“Those who give statements of cracks within the Legislative Council are living in the fool’s paradise,” she said.
The council thereby passed vote of confidence in the Council Chairman, Hon Moses Olorunleke, commending his efforts towards stabilising and improving the living standards of the citizens.
The Council specially made a vote of thanks to His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the giant strides especially in infrastructural upliftment of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, stating that the good people of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area will forever be grateful to His Excellency for the ongoing Kabba Township road project and other infrastructure in various committees.
In her comments, Hon Towonifini said “We value our Party the All Progressive Congress and remain committed to its ideals, desires and goals”
“We believe in the leadership of His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello for his exemplary qualities, commitment and vision in developing our various committees and we’ll sure stand on his Programmes and agenda to continue to move the state forward and subsequently stand with his future political agenda” she submitted.
