Kogi Education Commissioner Eulogises Gov. Bello @ 46, Describes Him As A Detribalised Great Leader

The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones, FCIB, has felicitated with His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, on the occasion of his 46th birthday celebration, describing him as a detribalised and unifying leader who had ensured ethnic  and religious balancing in the state.

The commissioner in a statement on Friday in Lokoja, described Governor Yahaya Bello as a detribalised Nigerian who has repositioned Kogi State to a greater height especially in the education and security sectors.

Jones eulogised the Governor’s for being education friendly leader who had ensured that every part of the State enjoyed educational transformation irrespective of the senatorial districts, local government areas or ethnic affiliations.

”Today, we are celebrating the birth of a leader per excellence, the most education friendly governor, a detribalised and unifying personality known for engendering equity, fairness and justice for the people of the State and beyond.

”His Excellency is never a politician when it comes to the issue of quality education delivery, which has made him to ensure that every part of the state witnessed great transformation as far as education is concerned.

”We are grateful to God for giving us a focused and pragmatic Governor in Kogi State, who has overtime proven his ability and capacity to deliver good governance for the people of Kogi, and Nigeria at large”, he said.

He assured that His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello, would make Nigeria a great nation if he became the president of this great nation, restating that:  ”if there’s any performing Governor in Nigeria today;, it is our dynamic Governor, Ahaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.

 ”The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, join millions of well wishers across the world to celebrate your Excellency as you add another glorious year to you age today.

”The mark of a true visionary leader is his ability to imagine the future and act on it, yielding great results in the process and then using this success for the benefit of others.

”A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.

 

“Your Excellency sir, your unique and exceptional giant strides most especially in education and security and the massive infrastructural development across the state have remained unmatchable, which have endeared you to the good people of Kogi State and Nigeria at large.

”Hence, the call by all Nigerians both home and in diaspora for your Excellency to come and replicate same achievements at the national level, which has also made our dear state a model for other States across the federation”.

The commissioner further commended the Governor for making Kogi State one of the safest places in Nigeria, stressing that insecurity and other social vices has been curbed in Kogi State.
