PRESIDENCY 2023: HON. TAUFIQ ISA CALLS ON GOV. YAHAYA BELLO TO ACCEPT PEOPLES DEMAND

The Jagaban Strategic Team under the aegis of  JAGABAN 4 PYB has called on the Executive Governor of Kogi State,  His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya  Adoza Bello to accede to peoples demand to run for the position of President in 2023.

The group under the leadership of Alh Taufiq Isa enumerated the achievements of the governor and his sterling leadership qualities which has earned him the accolades he is receiving from within and outside Nigeria.

Members of the group in their various contributions extolled the unrivalled political sagacity of the governor which paved ways for women and youths to be involved in governance and Kogi politics for the first time since 1999.

In addition to these feats, the governor has been able to sustain peace and security which is paramount to peoples existence. The enormous challenge a state that shares borders with  about nine to ten states are being tackled headlong with the cooperation of the leadership teams the governor has assembled both at the Local government and state level. These same and more can be achieved when he becomes the President  in 2023 insha Allah.

The group in its discussions laudably  identified the inestimable contributions of GYB to the development of APC in both the state and Nigeria, no wonder he was appointed the Chairman, Youth Mobilization and sensitization Committee for the realization and registration of new members and this is yielding results with the decamping of governors and big time politicians from other parties into APC.

The group in their resolutions calls on His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello (Ph. D Politics) to accede to peoples request to run for President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023.

And  promised among others to

1. Mobilize all Politicians in Ijumu and Okunland to support the governor in the bid to clinch the seat of the President.

2. Print Posters and paste same in all Local government of Kogi State.

3. Engage in door to door campaign for the governor until the aspiration is achieved.

4. Continuous engagement on Media campaigns and promotion of this project.

5. Mobilization of Youths and Students across Ijumu and Okunland for this Project.
