REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR YEAR ONE (ND 1 AND HND 1), 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION.
Students are expected to be screened by the team of the screening committee of each department to be chaired by HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT with the REGISTRY BURSARY AND ITRC STAFF as member as clearance sheet duly signed by the HEAD OF DEPARTMENT would be given to the students to proceed for registration at the end of the screening exercise.
THE FOLLOWING ARE TO BE CHECKED BY THE SCREENING EXERCISE.

Students are to present scratch card (s) for verification of the result (s) above
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS/EQUIPMENT FOR THE UNDER LIST DEPARTMENT MUST BE PROVIDE.

2 students are be given five files by the Registry Staff assinged to each department at the completion of the screening exercise
3 the students are to given pin by the ITRC staff assigned to each department.
4 students are then expected to proceed to their portal using the pin given as access to RRR generation for school fee payment and other activities that are Expected of the students, the current rate of fees can be obtained from our website KOGISTATEPOLYTECHIN.edu.ng payment can be made in any bank
5 students are to .
1) print their course form which is to be signed across by the level co_ordinator HEAD OF DEPARTMENT DEAN BUSAR and the REGISTARARE Expected course forms
2)students are to visits the medical center for medical fitness Test.
3) students are also Expected to print the ID card from the portal and fill accordingly.
NOTE_ (ll)_(lll) are to be printed and signed in Quinituplicate, one in each of the files and submitted at the Dean_ of office.
6) interested students are to check on the KSP portal for Hostel allocation of the basis of first come first serve after payment of school fees and prescribed fees as appropriate.
7) the HEAD OF DEPARTMENT is to forward the list of registered students after the Expiration of the five weeks scheduled for registration.
