The Honourable commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic planning, who also doubles as an illustrious son of Yagba land; Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, FCA has sent his heartfelt felicitation to a proud son of Yagba land and a cooperate giant, Chief Kola Jamodu, CFR on the auspicious occasion of his birthday celebration
Asiwaju, in his congratulatory message to commemorate the special day described the celebrant as a leader per excellence, father figure, bridge builder and an elderstateman whose intellectual impact, administrative acumen and humanitarian spirit has been greatly felt in the economy of the Nation, affairs of Kogi state and his immediate home of Odo Ere in Yagba west.
MAAI notes that the erstwhile Minister for Commerce and industry is indeed industrious with great depth of resourcefulness, saying his giant strides of reforms and creation of enabling environment for industries to rein into the country is still a point of reference and an added advantage to the sector till date.
Mukadam extolled the virtue and values of the past Chairman of Manufacturing Association of Nigeria(MAN), as a hardworking, diligent, debonair, committed, trustworthy, compassionate and focused public servant, whose life of service is a blessing to humanity and an inspiration to the world.
In his words ” Chief Jamodu is a mentor of great repute and an achiever worthy of emulation, whose stellar records of service has launched Yagba land to the national map, making okun, Kogi state and nation at large proud”. We are relentlessly proud of him and his accomplishments, Asiwaju stated.
He prays that Almighty God will grant Chief Jamodu long life, sound health and more wisdom to continually impact humanity positively and inspire generations to attain greater height and achieve success.
