Guardiola wouldn’t be drawn on any title race talk before this game, insisting that his sole focus was on Crystal Palace. Having failed to beat the Eagles in their least two Premier League home games, that’s probably a wise strategy as Guardiola attempts to extend City’s winning run to eight games.
