The Provost College of Education Technical Kabba, Mrs. Victoria Olusola Jagboro, has described the Supreme Court victory of Gov. Yahaya Bello as well deserved, describes victory as Divine and for the people.
The Provost on behalf of the management, staff and students made the remarks in a message of Congratulations to Gov. Yahaya Bello, issued to Newsmen shortly after the Governor won the three appeals instituted against him by the PDP, SDP and DPP, described the victory of Gov. Bello as a confirmation that the will of the people is not negotiable.
According to Mrs Jagboro, Kogi state has witnessed an unprecedented pace of growth and development under the present administration particularly in the Education sector, says today’s Judgement is only a confirmation of the Kogi People’s will and resolve for more development, described Gov. Bello’s victory as divine.
The Provost says today’s judicial endorsement of the people’s will by the Supreme Court only attest to the unprecedented expression made by the people at the November polls.
She noted that the Supreme Court Judgement is a victory for the people of the state, particularly the common man who over the years has crave for growth and development in the Education sector since the creation of the state, says whoever God has blessed no one can cause.
While congratulating Gov. Bello, His Deputy and the entire Cabinet, she expressed optimism that the Supreme Court victory would enable the people to benefit more dividends of democracy, says the opportunity is a to call for everyone to join hands with Gov. Yahaya Bello and the APC in building a Kogi State of our dreams.
