I was very happy to hear the news of the re-election of Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina as the President of African Development Bank.
He has proven himself worthy of the trust and confidence reposed in him and it is not surprising he got a well-deserved second term.
As a competent administrator and technocrat with sterling records in different public offices at national and international levels, I am confident that this second tenure will bring more development to Africa and Nigeria in particular.
On behalf of my family and the good people of Lagos, I wish Dr. Adesina a successful second term in office.
